Courses (face-to-face and online)
Payment must be received in full prior to the course start date. Failure to do so will result in removal from course. All cancellations must be received in writing (email is acceptable) 5 calendar days before the start of the course and will be subject to an administration fee of $100. Cancellations made after this date will be charged the full course registration fee.
Registrants who do not attend on the agreed upon training days will be considered ‘no shows’ and will still be charged the full course registration fee. If a situation arises, we require you to communicate that to us so we can plan accordingly. RCG will provide accessibility to class recordings on an individual basis. If you share access with any other individuals, it is an infringement of our agreed upon terms and they will be liable for the full registration fee.
Confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you automatically on receipt of your booking. Full joining instructions, including program timings and special instructions will be sent no later than one week prior to the course or immediately for those booking within one week of the course date. Please note that no joining instructions or materials will be provided before receiving proof of payment for the course. ROSE CONSULTING GROUP will not be held liable for any transport or accommodation costs in the unlikely event of a course being cancelled.
Please note, due to circumstances beyond ROSE CONSULTING GROUP’s control, speakers, venue, content and timings may vary. ROSE CONSULTING GROUP reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the event if necessary. In the case of cancellation by ROSE CONSULTING GROUP a full refund of course fees will be made. In the event of a re-schedule course fees will be transferred to the new date. Students who cannot make the revised date will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Details of registered students (name, job title, company name, country only) will be placed on the attendee list which will be shared with all students including, on occasion, representatives of sponsors and exhibitors. Students who do not wish to be included on this list should advise at the time of booking in writing to: Training@roseconsultinggroup.us.
Photography and video
On occasions, ROSE CONSULTING GROUP takes photographs, videos and audio recordings which may be used to help promote our conferences and courses (both online and in print). By booking into a course/event you are confirming that you are aware of this and have no objections to your image or voice appearing in any material issued by ROSE CONSULTING GROUP after the meeting. However, if for any reason you do not wish ROSE CONSULTING GROUP to use your image or voice, please let us know.
Recording and photography by student is not permitted at any ROSE CONSULTING GROUP courses or events. Instructors will provide you with access to the slides on the first day of class. Reminder, students are not to be distributed any course materials outside of the designated class.
Webinars / Small-sized training / 1 on 1 Q&As

Registrants who do not access the live event will be emailed a recording of the session or sent the slides, therefore student be charged the session registration fee.
These sessions are for individual use only and should not be shared.
ROSE CONSULTING GROUP regrets that registrations cannot be transferred to another session and students are not able to transfer their place to another student.

Discounts and offers
From time-to-time ROSE CONSULTING GROUP may offer discounts on courses and supplemental events. Discounts are subject to availability, and only one discount code/offer can be redeemed per booking.
If you have any questions about the terms and conditions or wish to cancel your place for any of the training above you must put your request in writing to our meetings team.
