Our story
At , RCG our purpose is simple: to deliver value and make a positive impact to everyone we come in contact with.
Seven years ago, we began in a hotel room at 11:30pm as a small one-person operation specializing in SharePoint web-development. Mike had no idea what he was doing but felt a burning desire to start something that could help people and organizations. Today, we still do SharePoint — as well as virtually any other front-end language development effort. We recently added a Training and Coaching element which allowed us to expand our span of influence and impact dramatically. We now have self-sustaining body centered around being a servant leader and individual mentorship.
We hope that in the future people will embrace where we came from and provide us an opportunity to serve.

The RCG Team is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that delivers business solutions and cutting-edge technology to the federal government along with top names in the industry. We are a diverse group that vary in expertise. Each one of us possess a very particular set of skills; skills that we have acquired over a very long career. We continuously look to hire only the best and brightest to join our small elite squad.
